1. What is the booking policy at Mango Hotels?

Mango Hotels bookings are valid from 12 noon to 12 noon.

A Maximum of two adults are permitted per room and up to two children under the age of 12 without an extra bed. We do not provide extra beds at any Mango Hotels locations.

Bookings made online via, our toll free numbers 1800-26-62646 , +91-22-61506150 and other available Booking options are considered confirmed. All other bookings made over the telephone, email without an advance payment are booked but the rooms will be allotted subject to availability at the time of check-in.

2. What are the inclusions with the room?

All Mango Hotels rooms are air-conditioned with a flat screen LCD TV and complimentary breakfast. The washroom comes with complimentary, shampoo and body wash. Every room has a complimentary brewing station that is topped up once a day. Wi-Fi passes (up to 160 MB) are included complimentary with the room.

3. What Corporate discounts are available at Mango Hotels?

Mango Hotels offers a unique usage based discounts to businesses and travel partners registered on our website. For more information, email us at

The usage is calculated in any financial year from 1st April to 31st March.

4. How do I book my stay at Mango Hotels?

Making a booking at any Mango Hotels location is very simple and can be performed in 2 easy options.

Online: Our website has a booking panel along the left margin. Just pick a city and the dates and the number of rooms and hit "Check Availability".

The results will show you the locations available in the city you wish to stay at. Use the location map to search the most conveniently located hotel and prices. The wizard will prompt you through the booking process and payment gateway once you have chosen the location. Multiple stays will have to be booked separately. Our guest care executives shall answer all your queries, indicate the prices and offer you payment options to confirm the booking by a payment gateway through Bank IVR. All payment methods are completely safe and secure.

All other bookings made over the telephone or email without an advance payment, are booked but the rooms will be allotted subject to availability at the time of check-in.

5. What is the cancellation policy at Mango Hotels?

Cancellation policy at Mango Hotels is as follows:

     One Week or Before One Week 90%
     Within a Week and before 48 hours to check-in 50%
     Less than 48 hours before check-in 0%

Check-in is defined as 12 noon on the check-in date as per the booking made.

*Stay value is defined as the total financial value of the number of rooms and number of nights excluding taxes as per the booking made represented by a reservation ID.

6. What dining options are available at Mango Hotels?

Each Mango Hotels location has a full-fledged restaurant and efficient room service. The cuisine varies from location to location and a bar is available at several Hotels.

7. What facilities are available at Mango Hotels for functions and conventions?

Most Mango Hotels locations have a convention hall attached. Depending on the size of the congregation we have various options to choose from. Please mail prior to making your bookings. We will go one step ahead and handle the entire event from reception to Audio Visuals, from gifting to Advertising and Publicity. You may completely eliminate the event manager!

8. Why is there so few staff visible at Mango Hotels?

The Mango Hotels model is essentially a smart hotel. We heavily use technology in the back end to reduce manpower dependency so as to be able to pass on the benefits of our efficient model to the guest.
